Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and [Company name] ("we," "us") for your use of Magical PinPanion ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

An independent app

Magical PinPanion is an independent app for pin collectors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any other pin maker, park, or brand. All character names, trademarks, and artwork belong to their owners and appear only to identify pins.

Who can use Magical PinPanion

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the app.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account is for one person. Don't share or sell your account.
• Don't pick a username that impersonates someone or is offensive. We may change or reclaim usernames that break these rules.

Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. Please read and follow them, in the app and at meetups.

Your content

You own the photos, text, and other content you add. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, copy, adapt (for example, cropping or resizing photos), and share your content as needed to run and improve the app. This includes photos taken with the camera in Snap & ID: when one clearly matches a catalog pin that still needs a photo, a cleaned-up copy showing just the pin may be sent for review and used as that pin's catalog photo. Pin submissions and photos that are approved become part of the shared catalog, and that license continues so the catalog stays complete, even if you later delete your account. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

What's not allowed

• Breaking the law or helping others do so.
• Posting, trading, or submitting counterfeit pins as authentic.
• Selling pins, posting prices, or advertising in the app.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating anyone.
• Spam, false reports, or misleading submissions.
• Scraping or copying the catalog, reverse engineering the app, getting around security, or uploading malicious code.

Trades and meetups

Trade requests are available only to users who confirm they are 18 or older. When a trade request is accepted, each collector sees the social media usernames the other chose to share, and any conversation or trade happens outside the app on those services, under their own terms. We don't read or control those conversations. We may suspend trade requests for any account.

Trades happen directly between collectors. We are not part of any trade and don't guarantee the authenticity, condition, or value of any pin, or how other users will act. Meetups are hosted by users. We review listings before they're posted, but we don't organize, supervise, or guarantee any event. You attend meetups and trade at your own risk, and you should follow the rules of any venue or park.

Catalog information

We work to keep pin information accurate, but the catalog is built partly from user submissions and may contain mistakes. It is provided for general reference only. If you spot an error, please report it in the app.

Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Changes to the app

We may add, change, or remove features, or pause the app, at any time. Magical PinPanion is currently free. If we ever offer paid features, we'll share the terms before you buy.

App stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no duty to provide support for it.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or when required by law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise the app will always be available, error free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss related to trades, meetups, or other users. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to $100.

Indemnity

If your use of the app or your content leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], and any disputes will be handled in the courts of [County, State], unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterward means you accept the updated Terms.
